First animation of a rigged character on Computer Animation III

This is my first animation on a properly rigged character. Was very concerned with it initially, but had a lot more fun than I expected. The left leg over extends and pops on the full stretch and the left arm hiccups toward the end. These are things I will correct in due time. Otherwise, I am pretty with the result, and think that this is a direction I want to pursue. =D

Wow, I should post more often

Here is the work I did last semester for Computer Animation I and Video I. I'll put up some screen shots of a big model I did for Computer Animation later, for now I'll just include the final animation.

Self Portrait for Video I. Youtube didn't like my sound. It was Samson by regina spektor from the Begin to Hope album.


Music Video for Video I. Music is F*cking Boyfriend by The Bird and the Bee. I'm pretty happy with it.


Final Video for Video I. Music by The Seatbelts. Still needs more work. Would like to revisit when I have more time.


Final Animation for Animation I. Not happy with it. I do like my model and character design, color and texture. But the animation is awkward at best. I did not know what I was doing well enough. slapstick and silly.
